Junonia is proud to stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase please return unworn items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Defective items are returnable at any time.

RETURNS
Please follow the return instructions on the packing slip. If you need help please call us. Returns received within 30 days of your receipt in unworn, re-sellable condition receive a full refund. Detailed instructions are included on the packing slip with each order. You may use any method to return items. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. "Final Sale" items may not be returned or exchanged.

FREE SHIPPING ON EXCHANGE
There is no additional shipping charge for exchanged items. If you add to your order, shipping is free for those items as well. This courtesy applies to ground shipping to U.S. addresses once per order. Call us to have your exchange request processed immediately.

CONVENIENT RETURN LABEL
Each package includes a UPS label that is accepted at any UPS pickup point or drop box. The UPS cost of $6.95 is deducted from your refund. Or, use any method to ship.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Ground shipments will arrive in 3-6 business days. Expedited orders received before 11AM Central Time will ship that same day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Shipping is applied to first shipment. Subsequent shipments on same order have no further shipping charge.

"2nd Day Air" orders placed after 11AM ship on the following schedule:
Order Monday for receipt on Thursday
Order Tuesday for receipt on Friday
Order Wednesday for receipt on Monday
Order Thursday for receipt on Tuesday
Order Friday for receipt on Wednesday
Order Saturday for receipt on Wednesday
Order Sunday for receipt on Wednesday
